Two story country home approx. build 20 years ago on a legde overlooking the whole bay of Cala Jondal. It is oriented south, what assures sunshine the whole day long. The upper floor contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a little nice covered balcony, the other one offers a large open terrace not only giving a fantastic view over Cala Jondal but also over the bay of Es Codolar. The lower part (of the house) is taken up by a generously-sized dining and living area with a fireplace. 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The kitchen is part of the service area. An additional refrigerator is at your disposal. Behind the kitchen there is a barbecue. From the parlor you step out to a big sheltered terrace with leads to a large open terrace with the swimming-pool.
Map and location
The bay of Cala Jondal 5 km away from the airport of Ibiza situated in the southwestern part of the island, is known as one of the most beautiful bays of the island. Wild, romantic with more or less no development, no hotels, although a nice choise of several chiringuitos, typical spanish strand bars, along the beach. Two of them are already seriously cult, the restaurant Yemanja, named by the brasilien goodness of the sea, and the Blue Marlin, where every Saturday Paco Fernandez act his already legendary fabulous Flamenco show.
Going downhill the small road to the crescent-shaped bay, you are on the brink of paradise.

Sightseeing, island excursions, safari-tours or sailing-trips can be arranged. Note: To the house belongs our cat “Sada”, in case you have allergic problems.
